to me it seems quite obvious that your initialisation of TLS is not
correct.
Please review that part of your config.

Secondly, to have a decent look at this issue the coredump is missing.

Hi All ,
I am really upset by this issue .
I am running opensips 3.2 and my service crashed while starting . Just
before a few hours it was running fine ,I tested some calls as well . Now
when I just restarted the service it's crashing all the way . not coming up
