I am trying to instal openxcap in a CentOS 64 bits and I am getting the
error below.
Does anybody can help me out ?

There is no such package available in my system. That's why I am trying to
build it from rpm source without success.

I was having this exactly same problem in my CentOs 64 bits just a couple of
days ago.
In my case the problem was very simple.
I was not supplying correctly the mysql password on opensips.cfg
mysql://[username]:[passwo...@localhost:mysql/opensips)

I've been trying to compile opensips with libxmlrpc-c3. I installed version
1.10 because version 1.06 doesn't support 64 bits OS. I am using CentoOS
64.
The documentation says
if libxmlrpc-c3[-dev] package is not available on your system, you may
check if packages for your OS

The problem seems to come from the connection between
OpenSIPs and Database. Please
