When I executed the sipp scenario in live the first CANCEL is'nt instantly
forwarded to the other side, after 20 secondes the other side is canceled.

Looking at the SIPP terminating screen (for B2B), I see the CANCEL is
received. It rather looks like the 487 is lost - the terminating party
is sending it, but the originating does not get it.
Do you have opensips logs in debug 4 ?
