You are saying that somehow, when you use the ratelimit module, the
dispatcher GWs switch into probing without being able to come back ? I'm
asking as the 2 modules do not share anything, so it might have been a
pure coincidence.
What is the probing mode you use in dispatcher ?

can see that opensips is pinging gateways (freeswitch) and getting reply as
