Only in OpenSIPS trunk there is a way to get access to milliseconds via
the $Tsm variable.

We use the $Ts function to gather PDD for each call, problem with this
is that the number is either high or low. A call could have a PDD of
really 775ms but we end up showing 1 when you do the subtraction on the
timestamps. Is their anyways to get a more precise timestamp that I am
not seeing?
