Gustavo, Merry Christmas! The radiusclient-ng.h file comes from the radiusclient-ng package, not the radiusclient package. OpenSIPS requires radiusclient-ng. Freeradius-client is not used. You can get radiusclient-ng at the following link: http://download.berlios.de/radiusclient-ng/radiuscl
