I have compiled TLS module from the menuconfig and proto_tls.so is there in
the modules directly. But the issue which i found was, when i put the
loadmodule proto_tls.so and its subsequent modparam on top of all other

Do you have proto_tls.so in your modules directory? How did you install
opensips? If you installed it from sources, did you enable TLS in your
setup using menuconfig? If you installed it from deb, did you install
opensips-tls-module?

Anybody knows why this happens when loading tls module in opensips 2.1?
Openssl ans openssl-devel is install.
libssl files are in /usr/lib64
