You were right. I had the Polycom credintials configured wrong no the
Polycom web GUI. Here is the way it needed to be configured
Click on Lines
Address = d...@domain.com
Auth User ID = dl
Auth password =
Label = 1234567
Before that I had Address and Auth User ID looking like d...@do

Try changing the port that the Polycom is listening on from 5060 to
something else.
