For anyone having this issue i had to remove the passphrase from the SSL
certificate, nothing to do with opensips.
Since opensips cannot issue the password on reload but the certificate
needs a password to be generated all you have to do is remove it with an
openssl command.

I've followed the tutorial on
http://www.opensips.org/Documentation/Tutorials-TLS-2-1 .
For some reason i always get to the same error. All certificates are
created and all configurations are updated, but when i try to start
OpenSIPS i always get a password issue.
