I guess you need to set at least some username, password, registrar
server - but better read the docs of the softphone you are using.

I configured opensips with mediaproxy dispatcher and relay,
so now I'd like to connect my softphone to a sip registrar like iptel.org thru
my openisps mediaproxy.. what are the config needed on the softphone ?
