As an alternative you can run the exported VCard file through a converter
tool like this: http://labs.brotherli.ch/vcfconvert/

a) is there a roadmap or list of requested features somewhere?
b) I would like to suggest two features for the moving emails function
(i) have a list of most recent destination folders up to say last 10
(ii) select a destination folder by name with text completion
