OK.. I successfully connected the iPhone with Strongswan over either a Wifi
connection of 3G connection.
Here are some notes:
1. Need enable-nat-transport as a configure option
2. need to define rightsubnetwithin when using a connection that flows through
NAT devices. Specificially with AT
