I've been told that I should just try earlier versions of maven and test! Of
course!!
My excuse is that Stockholm have stolen the sun from Spain and our brains
aren't used to this heat ... :-)

Performance problems
When I bought my Apple MacBook Pro M1 machine with 10 cores (real, not
threaded) and 64 GB memory, I was able to build one of my multimodule projects
in around 4 seconds! The project had 4 modules at the time.
I now build on Samsun external disk and it takes 29 seconds to
