We put them into src/main/resources.
The package goal copy them into Web-inf/classes.

Is there any OpenLaszlo repository for Maven??
We've defined this pom for the lps-3.3.3.jar, and we've located into a
local net repository...
is it a correct pom?
some dependent jar's are not versioned in OpenLaszlo Server, we did it
manually...

I think the difference is:
is used to find jar that you declare as a dependency at your
pom.xml
is used to find mv2 plugins that you want to use on your
life cycles.
