We use Maven with Cruisecontrol to drive project build. It was all fine,

About several weeks ago, we suddenly have problem about this CVSROOT/users;
using empty email map in both maven and cruisecontrol logs.
The problems are:
1. Email could not be sent after cruisecontrol

please describe how the decision can be made on the basis of test cases wether
to deploy the current build on to tomcat server or not. i am operating on JUnit
test cases using cruisecontol plugin of maven version 1.0 to configure whole
process.
