There is an open bug for this, but it is not yet implemented.

I have setup a sample multi-module project with the following structure:
Root

|pom.xml
|--Module2
|pom.xml
|--Module3
|pom.xml
|--pom.xml
Everything is working as expected e.g. I can generate the site for all
individual modules. What I don't get working is some kind
