Is it possible to have a pair of duplicate dependency but with different
types? I want to declare this for a jsp tag, so I have a jar tld to get
from the repository, but only one is ever fetched (RC-3).
Jira has this closed issue http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MAVEN-572 which
claims its fixed
