just use the deploy-file goal:
http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-deploy-plugin/deploy-file-mojo.html
with the relevant repository details and deploy the binaries o
g repository hosting for open source projects:
https://docs.sonatype.com/display/NX/OSS+Repository+Hosting
and your released artifacts will get mirrored to Maven central as well
