Plugin configuration was something like:
org.codehaus.mojo
weblogic-maven-plugin
2.8.0-SNAPSHOT

Probably you did not set correct configuration for maven..it's one point.
Actually its interesting about maven plagin for Workshop.
Can you sene the link to that plugin i also try to use it.
