I have a javadoc plugin config in my reporting section of my top level pom, and now want to get javadoc into my release profile, which I think means I need to configure the plugin under the <build> element. Is there any way I can get the plugin config shared across build and reporting sections? (or maybe there's a better way of doing this?)
