I'm trying to use Maven on a new J2EE project, and
have based my project structure of information

For starters, I'm just building an EAR which contains
a WAR, an EJB-Jar and several utility Jars.
Use the multiproject:site goal.

You should just be able to use multiproject:site. It works for me.
