Hello Sandeep
The core dump says that no encoding has been set, so try to add on top of your
xhtml file your encoding, so for example:
?xml version=1.0 encoding=iso-8859-1 ?
or
?xml version=1.0 encoding=UTF-8 ?

Hi Mourao
No frame will be opened anymore after setting (in web.xml):
context-param
param-nameorg.apache.myfaces.trinidad.ENABLE_LIGHTWEIGHT_DIALOGS/param-name
param-valuetrue/param-value
/context-param
That's how I'm using it.

Hello Jakob
I tried this half a year ago and ran into the same problems.
The requirement was to be able to select multiple files at once for upload. My
solution was like Chris', to use a servlet and Apache FileUpload. For
InternetExplorer I had to use the Flash plugin 'swfupload' and for all
I have to show a message to the user at the beginning of a backingBean
processing and then, at a certain point of processing, clear the message from
the backingBean.
I've tried different ways to achieve this:
- tr:message (the message is not updated on screen)
- tr:poll and
/trinidad/trunk/trinidad-impl/src/main/javascript/META-INF/adf/jsLibs/Core.js
If you need a different fix, please feel free to provide a patch.
Thx,
Matthias

I've tested the new 2.0.0-beta-1 and noticed, that there are as in
2.0.0-alpha-1 still many problems with Firefox, due to the issue described in
TRINIDAD-1695.
I hoped I could move from my special 2.0.0-alpha-1 with a patched Core.js to an
official version.
Could somebody implement the fix
Hello James
I guess you observe the same problem I reported here:
http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/myfaces-users/201010.mbox/%3cf227a5d6f8c32c43b5431bfa7e4e583e53f...@bwow3s11.bwo.ch%3e
It looks like only few people are using Trinidad 2.x, since there has not been
a release for almost

Betreff: AW: [TRINIDAD] PPR Problem with Trinidad 2.0.0.3-SNAPSHOT / MyFaces
2.0.1
Hello Cedric
Thank you for replying. I had a quick look
I have a problem with PPR of the snapshot from today on Firefox 3.6.10
and Chrome 6.0.472.63.
There a no errors in the log files nor on the javascript console.
For example in
- tr:table the next and previous do a refresh of the dropdown
list ('1-6 of 9' changes to '7-9 of 9') but
on Jira.
I included a patch on that bug. Can you try your examples with a
patched version of Trinidad 2 ?
Here on my app the patch does solve some problems (e.g. the
panelTabbed problem) on simple pages, but complex (say real) pages
still have issues.

Cedric

Hi
I'm not able to get a tr:media component displayed when using a flash
(.SWF) file. JPG and WMV files are correctly shown. Do I have to add
some special settings in web.xml to get it working? (I'm using
Trinidad 1.2.13 with myFaces 1.2.9.)
Thanks
Roland
