How to create a master/detail screen using JSF 2.0

Hi every one,
 
Is it possible to create a master/detail screen using MyFaces 2.1.6/RichFaces 4 
?! If so how can i come up with that ?! is there any examples, any tutorials to 
recommend me ?!
