Please, can you tell me, where I can find a consistent, matching set of renderkit objects for MyFaces 1.1.3 - the source code - ?
Specifically, I want to locate a matching pair of HtmlTableRenderer.java and HtmlTableRendererBase.java - for MyFaces *1.1.3

you'd have to look into the share module of Apache MyFaces. Have you
done that?

As Martin suggests, the HtmlTableRendererBase class is in the 'Shared' project.
It looks like MyFaces 1.1.3 used Shared 2.0.1, and the tag is here:
-numbers within paths in the file-structure or real CVS
tags?
