Hi,
I see that tiles support is not yet available in myfaces 1.2 (tomahawk
1.6/7).
I wonder if anyone has got a success story to share? Someone got any idea in
which release to expect it?

Hi Matze,
Am I the only one who feels the Tiles support and javascriptless feature should
officially be retired ? To my knowledge these haven't worked well since the

To be honest, you should try Facelets instead of Tiles for templating a JSF app

Some of that stuff was missing from releases during the summer builds,
because the team was still switching over to use maven. They have
resumed with the full complement of release artifacts with the Core
1.1.
Yes, thank you I expected it still at the release builds.

This has been a real issue for me as well. The
whole interaction with JSTL/JSP/HTML/_javascript_ (or lack thereof to be more
exact) is a major flaw in jsf. Even when I thought I saw a value in having
f:verbatim wrap my

Hi

It appears there are
work arounds, but the basic idea is that you cannot put html inside an
included file (using tiles), you can only use jsf components.
The way around it is
