I don’t think it is a proxy issue. I can easily access Javadoc from the browser without any security issues. Besides, it is occurring when I refer to my own code. It doesn’t have to go outside for that. BTW, frequency of these freezes increasing exponentially. A week ago it occurred once. Yesterda
