I have my webpp configured to use a relative URL with multiple parameters:
[cid:image001.png@01D9C718.15DC6C50]
However, when I try to run it I get the following error:
No goals have been specified for this build. You must specify a valid lifecycle
phase or a goal in the format : or
:[:]:.

This should now be fixed in NetBeans 19-rc4.
