In both Netbeans 12.6 and 13 I’m having trouble figuring out how to add a
Payara Server to my Jakarta EE 9 project.
Payara version: 5.2022.2
Apache NetBeans version: 12.6 or 13
JDK: 11.0.8

Using Apache NetBeans 11.3 on macOS 10.15.4.
Going through Services panel and trying to add a Payara server. When I choose
5.194 and try to download it I get the following error:

Once I started using GitLab CI for the project, I created a build.gradle
file, which just fires off the ant build:
ant.importBuild('build.xml') { antTargetName ->
'a-' + antTargetName
}
and then defines my dependencies,
It looks like NB 11 disables the NetBeans 8.2 Plugin Portal by default.
Is there any reason to continue using this portal? Is it
safe/recommended to just remove it?
