I created a new NetBeans Platform Application under the Maven category, added a new NetBeans Module under the -parent module, added a new Primary Options Panel under the new module and added a new Secondary Options Panel on the new Primary. The new module is listed in the Dependencies for the -app module. The project builds with no errors but when I run it, the new Options Panels do not show. I have tried "Clean and Build" and "Clean" then "Build with Dependencies" with no difference. I am using NetBeans 19 with JDK 19 and Maven v3.9.1 on Windows 10.
