Hi,
Very strange, no one reply to the query raised by me about the online spatial
analysis, it seems no one knows. Only loading the map with panning, zooming
and
some gadget is not GIS.
Just incase you hav'nt come across my query, here it is again:

I am developing a web based GIS application. Following tools are used in the
development:
(1) PostGIS database that contain the exported shape file data (i.e Geometry
and
attribute data) in table form
(2) GeoServer to publish maps and layers as WMS and WFS services
(3) OpenLayers for mappi
and if required Server
side technology like PHP or Java can also be used.
