I downloaded open office. I didn't like the format of the word processer documents, so I removed the program. Now, my hundreds and hundreds of MS Word documents have all been re-formatted to Word Pad, which is totally unacceptable. I can't even save a new Word document - they all turn into Word

I downloaded the newer version of Open office. I now have a program on my computer called Speeddial.. I have tried to remove it but they have made it so complicated i will have to pay someone else to do this. Why do you do these things. What is the point of it. Frank
