In the Source File Not Found message, the name of a file is given. It is
valuable to know what file that is. If it happens again, please provide that
name in any follow-up.
It may be that your download was incomplete.

I have been using open office for some time and I noticed there was an update

the other day so I downloaded it bit I keep getting an error message 1311
Source File Not Found.
