This isn't a usual "I can't do x or y" problem. It might be an OO doesn't

One way to solve your problem is to position the cursor just above the
e-mail-address frame and press Enter once or twice, and then select the
telephone-number frame and use the up-arrow key to move it back up where you
want it. You should now be able to click below the frames to enter
