I have .mov and .mpg files that display properly in the media player. In the slide or working views, the file is displayed with a black box and a grey ? in it. Clicking on the box caused it to blink and either play for 1/2 second or not play at all.
I am also having a problem playing a Photoshop .avi animation. What should I be doing different? These files have worked in PowerPoint in the past.
