When did Apache replace windows office?
I have windows 10 and microsoft does unannounced and unwanted updates every so
often which I can't get them to stop. On one of their updates, windows office
disappeared and Apache appeared. OK,or so I thought. I have several different

USually modern desktop have powerful search features to find files created
at a certain date, you can use this to locate your document.
I wouldnt relly *only* on AOO recent files menu.
Depending on your OS you can use Spotlight in OSX, or Windows Search in W7/8

I had a document and was going to add some figures, but when I opened the
openoffice.org
I got the new 4.1 automatically and can’t find my document - it is lost. How do
I get it back?
I stored it on a usb but it’s the same there. It is simply not there.

Are you saying that you do not have any type of backup? Incredible. In any
case, you should at least tell us what type of operating system you are using.
