When I try to open Open Office it hangs and I get the following message (see
jpg below). I am not able to open any files. The message gives me two options:
Reopen or Don't Reopen it's windows. When I click on either option nothing
happens and Open Office remains hung.

Make sure your Open Office program knows that you have administrative rights!
