Greetings. I have a manuscript written that is set to use a template specificially for CafePress publications. My question is this - how do I take the page numbers in the footer, and make them not appear in some pages (wherever an illustration, page left blank for layout, or introductory page would be, for example) while having them display normally through the main body of the text?
