[users] [moderated] YOU MUST GIVE A SUMMARY HERE

I'm using OpenOffice ver 2.0.3   When I click on "update", it comes back & says 
there is an update available -- just click on the LINK (in the text) -- which 
takes me to a foreign language section of some sort.  What am I supposed to 
do???
