[users] Upgrade openoffice 2.1 to 2.2 in Acomdata portable hard drive

I have an acccomdata external Hard drive that came with "portaboe mopen office 
2.1 on it. How do I upgrade to 2.2 and stil maintain the programs "poratbility" 
on my exteneal hard drive. The is no drop down "update "tab on this version of
