[users] mail merge more than 1 page of labels

I am merging labels. I have successfully set up a label merge document 
but it will only merge with the first 14 addresses. The list needs 5 
pages of labels. Will I have to set up a new document for each 14 names 
(the number of labels on an A4 sheet) or is there a way of getting the 
merge to add enough pages to complete the task?
