In a document in which there have been many changes, when I display
the 'Accept or Reject Changes' dialogue box it _sometimes_ does not
contain a scroll bar. I haven't seen a pattern as to when it does or
does not.
When this happens, I can scroll up or down the list of changes by
clicking in

bound. Killing and restarting led to the same behaviour.
That was with version 2.0 under Linux. Then with 2.2 under Windows,

have done is open the original unedited document and continue with my
editing from the paragraphs in question. So far it's working fine.

As you say, it seems to be a combination of conditions,
which is helped by moderate size and complexity.
