The OO files are in C:\ProgramFiles\OpenOffice.org3 as:
Open Office splash startup sofffice.exe
Writer swriter.exe
Calcscalc.exe
Impress
I defined a new style which I applied to one document but I would like to be
able to use this style in other documents as well. I know there must be a way
to do this but I don't know where to begin. Can someone point me in the right
direction?

Are you putting the envelope in the envelope tray all the way? Sometimes,
depending upon the printer, the envelope doesn't get picked up.

Near the bottom of the screen you can set the Always save as for the various
document types. We set up PCs to use the Microsoft Office 97/2000/XP format.
