it is a problem of 2.3 .. 2.2 looks ok

I have very annoying problem with OpenOffice (2.3). When I am using mouse wheel
to scroll the text, the page is every time auto focusing back to the page where
is cursor located (the cursor for writing and selecting the text).
Is it possible to turn off this feature somehow?
