comes up again

Thank you for the kind reply, but I can't unzip this either. The wizard won't
recognise it (sounds like something out of Lord of The Rings :-) I am not very
technical,could someone suggest a blow by blow way to do this? Or is MS
blocking the programme?

I have Windows XP and I downloaded Open Office Basic but the file won't open,
all I get is a message 'this file is corrupted or invalid'
It took 3 and a half hours to download, so I don't want to do it again unless I
know what happened this time.
Does anyone know any way I can open this file?
