[users] Problems retrieving e-mail attachments.

I recently installed Open Office org. on my computor which is still a Windows 98 SE. Unfortunately I cannot retrieve certain attachments from an e-mail, mainly the ones that say I do not have WINWORD.EXE. Is there a solution as to why I can't retrieve all attachments. ---
