Regarding your e-mail recieved yesterday am not sure what MD55UM means
regarding the anti virus .
Have found that the Openoffice 2.0 was downloaded as Installion Files @
Documents Settings are shown in the window as follows

Openoffice 2.0 downloaded , however the Wndows Installer shows an installation
problem inthat there could have been a problem with the installation it's self
or that the compter could be running in safe mode ( should the firewall have
been OFF or the Norton antivirus diabled ? ).Please can you
