[users] making brochures

I have followed the steps in openoffice 2.3 to make brochures, changes to 
landscape, then checked brochues, when i print it out, it prints totally out of 
line to the paper, not brochure style at all. can you please give me step by 
step instructions on how to make a brochure in office 2.3? thanks, Joyce
