Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I am a user of your fine products and have never had a problem nor a complaint. 

     I downloaded your latest version of OpenOffice.org 2.4 and unfortunately, 
upon restarting my computer, and attempting to log on to the internet I am 
unable to make a connection. Instead, I receive a message which states that 
there is a problem downloading the page. This forces me to uninstall 
OpenOffice.org 2.4 from my program menu. 
     
     Once I remove 2.4 from my computers added program menu, I restart my 
computer, and able to established a connection to the internet with out a 
problem loading the page message.

     I really would like to install and use the latest version of 
OpenOffice.org 2.4 with all of the latest updates and enhanced features the 
software now has to offer. 

     Please do you have any suggestions or is it that I may have to customize 
my download of this new version? Any suggestions or instruction would be 
appreciated. I am currently using a Dell desktop with a Windows Professional 
2000.
