Chill out, please. This is not a service, but a group of
users like yourself. Those with more experience and
knowledge help others. There may not have been an answer
because your question was not worded well enough to convey
the problem you were having. I read your original post

email address you can use when you have a users problem or question
about OpenOffice.org. However please note that it is a moderated email
list and most replies *only* go to the mailing list so you should really

Second, have you tried RTFM, or are you
