I mostly use the signature of my mail to do some positive explanation,

I think this in general is a great idea. However, I would /suggest/,
instead of sending them a file. "If you can't open this, fix it.
Download a better office suite." Personally I think that MSO is great.
As long as you don't have to pay for it out of your own wallet. :-D I
